In order to practice the principle of credit reporting for the people and satisfy the need of the public to make disputes on their credit reports online, the CCRC Internet Service platform now offers dispute resolution service of consumer credit reports. It is more convenient for the public to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests by easily filing disputes.

Guideline for filing disputes on the Internet Service Platform

First, you need to log in the Internet Service Platform and click the button of “file a dispute”. After finishing “read and agree with dispute filing service contract”, “identification”, “read and consent”, and “entering basic information”, you will begin the “entering disputed information” process.

Second, you can dispute five categories of information including basic information, credit information, non-credit transaction information, public records and inquiry.

You can acquire your credit reports (for personal use) through the on-site channel of the self-service inquiry machine in the PBC branches or commercial banks. If you need any help, please refer to the Guideline for Filing Disputes and faithfully provide relevant materials. Or you can dial 4008108866, CCRC’s customers hotline.

Third, after filling in relevant materials, you can click “dispute handling result” to check the dispute status. There are four types of dispute status. “Checking” means the materials are uploaded and under review. “Review failed”means your materials do not pass, and you will receive a mobile short message.“Handling” means the materials are received and under review, you just need to wait. “Handled” means the dispute process is finished. You can check the results. If there is indeed erroneous information, it will be corrected and updated in your credit report.

Fourth, there is an operation brochure for detailed information of filing disputes through the Internet Service Platform.
