New Channel for Credit Reports Inquiry to Improve the Credit Reporting Services

Recently, CCRC cooperates with the Postal Savings Bank of China (PSBC) in providing consumer and enterprise credit reports inquiry service through PSBC smart teller machines. This new measure shows that CCRC continues to practice the principle of credit reporting for the people, and satisfy the need of the public for on-site inquiry of credit reports. It further satisfies the need of the public for on-site inquiry of credit reports.

The smart teller machines are deployed at all PSBC branches at provincial, municipal and county levels. The service is not limited to PSBC customers, instead, all information subjects are able to make inquiries via the smart teller machine. The inquiry requires identification and the credit reports are coded and then sent to the email of information subjects or printed directly by the information subjects. The PSBC does not store or look through relevant content.

Nest step, CCRC will actively expand the coverage of on-site inquiry of credit reports, improve credit reporting service and efficiency, especially in primary levels, so as to satisfy the need of the public.
