A consumer credit report includes a report header, a main body, and a description.

1. Report header

The report header describes the identification information of the report, certificate type of the information subject, the report user and tips for the report user. It is divided into such sections as report identification, current inquiry request, other certificate number, complaint, and anti-fraud warning.

2. Main body of the consumer credit report

The main body of the consumer credit report includes eight parts: basic personal information, information summary, credit transaction details, non-credit transaction details, public information details, personal statement, complaint, and inquiry records.

2.1 Basic personal information

Basic personal information consists of identity information, spouse information, occupational information, and residential information. It is used for cross comparison with the basic information submitted by the report subject, and for helping the report user to judge the living conditions and occupational stability of the information subject.

2.2 Information summary

This section helps report users quickly understand the credit situation of the information subject. It consists of digital interpretation, summary of credit transaction information, summary of non-credit transaction information, summary of public information, and summary of inquiry records. It reflects the credit history, current liabilities, overdue history, arrears of post payment business, and number of negative public records of the information subject.

2.3 Credit transaction details

This section is the core of the credit report, including debt compensation information, non-revolving loan account, sub account under revolving credit lines, revolving loan account, credit card account, quasi credit card account, relevant repayment responsibility information, and credit agreement. It reflects the information subject’ current liabilities, historical repayment records over the past five years, contingent liabilities, and credit status so it is easy for the report user to understand comprehensively the information subject’s willingness and ability to pay the debt.

2.4 Non-credit transaction details

This section mainly reflects the payment information of the information subject when using telecommunications post-payment services and the payment situation in the past 24 months. For those lacking traditional credit transaction data, periodic payment records such as telecommunications payments are effective alternatives for determining the credit status.

2.5 Public information

This section consists of records of tax arrears, civil judgments, compulsory execution, administrative penalties and rewards, housing provident fund contribution, and practicing qualifications. It reflects the information subject’s fulfillment of legal obligations, litigation and case involvement and qualification information.

2.6 Personal statement

This section includes the statement and explanation of the information subject on the credit report.

2.7 Complaint

This section describes the information subject’s complaint over the credit report.

2.8 Inquiry records

This section displays the details of the inquiry on the information subject made by data furnishers and by the information subject himself/herself in the past two years, mainly including the inquiry date and the inquiry reason.
